1. For Users
1.1 Who is responsible if a fix damages my computer?
You are. By using justfixit.AI, you accept full responsibility for any changes made to your system. The platform provides tools and recommendations, but the final decision to execute any fix is always yours. You must click "Approve" before any fix runs.
1.2 Does justfixit.AI guarantee fixes will work?
No. Fixes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we extensively test fixes in sandbox environments, computer systems are complex and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. If a fix fails, automatic rollback restores your system to its previous state.
1.3 What data does justfixit.AI collect?
Anonymized system diagnostic data only: OS version, hardware specs, service states, error codes. We never collect personal files, passwords, browsing history, email, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information (PII). See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
1.4 What happens to my data if I delete my account?
All user data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Anonymized, aggregated outcome data (which contains no PII) is retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.
2. For Contributors
2.1 Who owns the fixes I submit?
You do. You retain intellectual property rights to your JFX fix packages. By submitting to the platform, you grant justfixit.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, execute, and test your fix — but you keep ownership.
2.2 Am I liable if my fix causes damage?
No. Contributors are not liable for damages resulting from fix execution. The platform's testing pipeline (static analysis, sandbox testing, signature verification) serves as the safety layer, and users accept responsibility when they approve execution. However, submitting intentionally malicious fixes results in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
2.3 How does the revenue share work?
Contributors earn a percentage of revenue each time their fix is successfully executed. The revenue split depends on your trust tier (Quarantine, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Payouts are processed in USDC stablecoins on the Solana blockchain. You are responsible for reporting this income for tax purposes in your jurisdiction.
3. For Vendors
3.1 Is justfixit.AI responsible for vendor-submitted fixes?
No. Vendors are responsible for the correctness and safety of their own fix packages. justfixit.AI runs vendor fixes through the same sandbox testing pipeline as community fixes, but the vendor's cryptographic signature represents their attestation of quality and fitness for purpose.
3.2 Can we revoke a fix after publishing?
Yes. Vendors can revoke any fix at any time through the vendor portal or API. Revoked fixes are immediately removed from distribution and will not be served to new users. Users who have already executed the fix will be notified of the revocation.
4. Platform Liability
4.1 What is justfixit.AI's liability?
justfixit.AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid to justfixit.AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
5. Jurisdiction & Disputes
5.1 Where is justfixit.AI incorporated?
justfixit.AI is a United States company.
5.2 What law governs the Terms of Service?
The laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising from these Terms.
5.3 How are disputes resolved?
Through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.
