About justfixit.AI

Enterprise-grade endpoint management, reimagined for everyone with modern AI.

The Vision

Every day, millions of people stare at a broken computer and think: "I just want someone to fix it." Not explain it. Not sell me a subscription to something I don't understand. Just fix it.

justfixit.AI makes that happen with one button.

The Founder

Scott Carlson is the founder of justfixit.AI and principal at Savy Advisors , where he advises technology companies on strategy, infrastructure, and go-to-market.

Scott has spent his career at the intersection of enterprise IT and automation. He's seen firsthand how large organizations manage fleets of thousands of machines — and how the tools that power that management have never trickled down to regular people.

The idea for justfixit.AI has been years in the making. The domain was registered in 2023, but the concept goes back much further — to the frustration of watching friends, family, and small business owners struggle with computer problems that enterprise IT teams solve in seconds with the right tools.

The Origin Story

In enterprise IT, tools like IBM BigFix revolutionized how organizations manage computers at scale. BigFix could push patches, fix configurations, remediate security vulnerabilities, and maintain compliance across hundreds of thousands of endpoints — all from a single console.

Microsoft's SCCM, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, and others followed the same principle: describe what the system should look like, and let automation make it so.

But these tools were built for enterprises. They require dedicated IT staff, complex infrastructure, and deep technical knowledge. The average person with a broken Windows Update, a printer that won't connect, or a laptop running at a crawl has no access to this power.

justfixit.AI bridges that gap.

We took the core insight from endpoint management — certified, tested, repeatable fixes applied to known problems — and combined it with modern AI to make it accessible to everyone.

Why Now

AI Got Good Enough

Large language models can now reliably diagnose computer problems from system state data. They understand error codes, configuration conflicts, and remediation patterns across every major OS.

MCP Standardized Integration

The Model Context Protocol means any AI agent — Claude, GPT, Gemini, open-source models — can connect to our repair intelligence. We're building a platform, not a walled garden.

Sigstore Made Signing Accessible

Keyless signing via OIDC means any developer or vendor can cryptographically sign their fixes without managing long-lived keys. Transparency logs make the supply chain auditable.

The Platform

justfixit.AI is an agent-agnostic platform. Our reference agent is built in Rust with Tauri, but any AI agent that speaks MCP can use our repair intelligence:

Vendors(Microsoft, Dell, HP, Apple) can serve certified fixes through their own infrastructure
Community contributorscan earn revenue by submitting fixes that help others
AI agents(Claude Computer Use, Perplexity, and others) can integrate via MCP to diagnose and repair
Enterprise ITcan use the same platform to manage their own fleet

Make computer repair as easy as pressing a button, as safe as a seatbelt, and as trustworthy as a doctor's prescription.
